Corpus Christi offers funding to support student development beyond academic study.
Expanding Horizons Scholarships
Established in 2017, this programme is open to all current undergraduates and graduates, including final-year students. Each year, it awards up to three students with scholarships of up to £5,000.
These funds give the recipients the chance to spend four to eight weeks abroad during the summer vacation. The aim is for the student to experience broad educational, professional and vocational value beyond the scope of their academic course at Oxford, building connections to form a basis for greater understanding and shared purpose, allowing the recipient to expand their horizons.

Career Development Fund
For some students embarking on an internship might not be a financially viable option. The Career Development Fund is for those students who would find it difficult to participate in an internship without financial support or to assist them in their transition to graduate study.
The benefits include:
- A grant of up to £2,000 to assist with the costs involved whilst undertaking a professional internship, research placement, or professional training (anywhere around the world) which would enhance a student's CV and the chance of success (whether that be graduate study or employment post study).
- Financial support whilst applying for a graduate programme (e.g. application fees costs)
- A grant of up to £1,000 to assist with the transition to graduate study (which could be used towards a rent deposit or initial living expenses, for example).
