Outreach at Corpus Christi College
Our aim is to raise awareness of the University and its undergraduate admissions process while also equipping pupils with the tools they need to make informed choices about their futures. So, what's available at Corpus Christi?
- Schools and Visits - Throughout the year, the Outreach Team organises visits and events with school and college students, teachers, HE/careers guidance staff, and parents/carers
- North West Science Network - Corpus Christi College is part of the North West Science Network, which runs science events throughout the year, including a Maths workshop and a week long residential.
- Ancient Worlds Network - Corpus Christi was founded over 500 years ago to promote the study of ancient philosophy, art, literature, and history. This founding goal is strongly represented in our Outreach work but the Ancient Worlds Network and its flagship Residential, organised in partnership with The Queen's College.
- Law Outreach - If you are looking for insights into law, check out the Corpus Law Diary. We also run an annual Law Residential for students in Year 12 and the Peter Cane Legal Reasoning Prize, which is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring lawyers to analyse a legal text.
- Book Club - The Corpus Christi Book Club is a great opportunity for Year 11 and 10 students to come together and discuss a book with one of our academics.
Everything we do is supported by our team of Undergraduate Subject Ambassadors. Our Ambassadors are here to answer questions about what it's like to live and study here at Corpus Christi and the University.
We have collated some useful online resources for those who might not be able to travel to Oxford for a visit. You can also read about the University of Oxford outreach events, Open Days and the College's Outreach Reports.
