On 16 September, the College invited its most generous benefactors back to Corpus for afternoon tea. Our guests enjoyed a lecture by the President about the making of the King James Bible, an exhibition of items from Corpus’ Special Collections, and an organ recital by the Musical Director Dr Jonathan White.
In addition, guests were invited to meet the architects for The Spencer Building project – the most ambitious building project on the College site for three centuries. As well as creating more suitable conditions for maintaining the College’s valuable special collections and archives, it will also be a space where students can interact and a place of quiet study. The College is committed to making The Spencer Building and the landscaped spaces around it accessible and welcoming to all.
