Corpus is proud to have one of Oxford's best college libraries, uniting the original 16th century building with the state-of-the-art Spencer Building.

The Library offers a variety of welcoming reading rooms across the historic and modern spaces, with access to electronic and print resources, support from helpful staff, and borrowing rights for most members. Students seek out the Library as a popular, convenient and inspiring place to work.

Open for study 24/7

We have around 70,000 volumes on the open shelves - books, journals and reference works accessible 24 hours a day - catering to all needs. We are funded for all the undergraduate courses, and alongside our proactive purchasing, we encourage our tutors, graduates and undergraduates to recommend print and ebooks to keep the collections up-to-date.

The original 16th century book presses (desks and shelves) provide intimate study spaces, while the Spencer Building offers multiple, modern, spacious reading rooms.

We work hard to provide space and resources focused on the needs of our readers. We can also help you locate and use material online, or available in one of the Bodleian Libraries, or the University's departmental libraries.
