How to leave a legacy gift

Through the centuries, those who support Corpus and recognise the College in their estate planning have directly enabled the very best teaching and our students' experience of College life.

If your affection for the College means that, after providing for loved ones, you should wish to include Corpus in your Will, please indicate that your bequest is for the benefit of: Corpus Christi College, Oxford, Registered Charity no. 1143714.

You may also like to add: ‘A receipt from the Bursar of the College shall be sufficient to discharge my Executors of their responsibilities under this clause.’

You may decide to leave a fixed sum to the College, or a percentage of your estate, or the residue that is left after you have provided for your loved ones and other charities. Any particular wishes you have can be discussed with us to ensure that they can be fulfilled when the time comes. We will never ask you to make a commitment or to increase your contribution in these conversations. We will advise you to take legal advice on the best way to record your intentions.

Share your intention

By telling the College that you plan to leave a gift, of whatever size or type, we can try to ensure that your wishes will be met.

Our Legacy Pledge Form is available here.

We will also invite you to join the Frost Society for legators. This will enable you to keep and deepen your connection with the College through annual events, insights and news, allowing us to recognise your generosity.
