  • Professor Rod Thomson will deliver the first Lowe Lecture on Wednesday 22 February.

    Professor Rod Thomson will deliver the E A Lowe Lectures at 5pm on the following days in the MBI Al Jaber Auditorium, Corpus Christi College. Professor Thomson is Emeritus Professor of Medieval History at the University of Tasmania. He has written extensively about books, libraries and learning in medieval Europe, with special attention to the monk and scholar William of Malmesbury. He has compiled six descriptive catalogues of medieval manuscripts in English collections.

  • Corpus Exhibition Features in Wall Street Journal

    The College exhibition, "500 Years of Treasures from Oxford”, featuring some of Corpus’ rarest and most important objects, is already making a big splash in the United States. The Wall Street Journal describes the stunning array of material on display. The exhibition opens on 4 February and runs through to the end of April (, when it transfers to the Center for Jewish History in New York.
