Blades for CCCBC at Eights Week

Corpus Christi Boat Club had a fantastic Summer Eights Week. None of the Corpus crews were bumped, both M2 and W2 went up two places and M1 went up four places, bumping every day to secure Blades. Despite what men's Captain, Alex Law, described as ‘some of the worst rowing conditions I personally have ever witnessed', Friday began with a reunion of the blades winning 1963 crew, who went out for a half lap and showed up many of the boats about to compete. On the Saturday, M1 were inpsirationally cheered on by members of the 1963 crew. The crew finished Eights in spectacular style, bumping Queen's Colllege to win blades.

Video footage of the race can be found on YouTube.
