The modern library is open to current members of the College, on a reference basis, 24 hours a day.  Authorised readers may borrow books, DVDs and CDs and DVD drives ONLY when the Issue Desk is open.

All College members can find full information about using the Library, including current Issue Desk opening hours etc. on the Corpus Library site in Weblearn.

For those unable to access these pages:

The Issue Desk is normally open:

Term-time:
Monday to Friday 9 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm and 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm
Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm

Vacation (24 June to 31 July and 1 September to 1 October 2017) :
Monday to Friday 9 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5 pm

Issue Desk closure:
August 2017 - Please email Library.staff@ccc.ox.ac.uk if you would like to borrow books in August.  The Library itself remains open to members, but please be aware that maintenance work will be taking place.

Corpus holdings can be found under Collections and Catalogues.  College members wanting access to early printed books, manuscripts or the Archives should consult the web pages for Visiting Readers and Special Collections.  The Imaging Services pages should answer initial enquiries about obtaining and using images from items in the special collections.

Library and Archive annual closures:

Please note the College is closed between Christmas and New Year, and over the four day Easter weekend, which means the Library and Archives are closed and not available to any readers during those periods. In addition, the Library building is usually closed for two weeks in August for stock checks and maintenance work.  Appointments to consult the special collections may be available; readers should consult the relevant pages and then contact staff to check availability.
