O Sacrum Convivium

Sacrum Convivium means sacred banquet, and it is the title of a famous text of St Thomas Aquinas rejoicing in the fact that we encounter Christ's saving love in the Eucharist, or Holy Communion. This CD includes a musical setting of that text, but the CD is also a banquet of sacred music from the 16th century to the present.
Pie Pelicane
