Catalogue to Part 2

 1. One of a two-volume set of the New Testament, written in the hand of Peter Meghen, who was employed by Erasmus and was still working in 1537. (Given by Dr. Hille.)

2. The founder's copy of a classical miscellany produced in Florence during his lifetime.

3. One of two volumes of a richly illustrated Bible Historiale. The artist is known as the master of Claude de France, and it is very likely that the work was done at the very beginning of the 16thcentury. (Given by James Oglethorpe.)
